"I selected Precision from the lists on google and was lucky. Knowing nothing about Precision, I called for repairs to my garage door on Dec 30th expecting to hear: "We are booked due to the Holidays. How about mid January?" But I heard: "How about this afternoon at 2 pm?" Jared arrived at 1:55 reviewed the problems and gave me 3 options. Quick fix, rollers or complete replacement of working parts . I selected the latter and Jared went to work. By 3 pm, my door was working great, my invoice was paid by tablet and a copy of the invoice was ready to print on my PC. Recap: In 5 hours, Google search, a quality repair on our door with a paper copy of my paid receipt. All on the day before New Years Eve. How can you beat that? Wait, there's more. Six weeks later, the arm on the opener (not part of previous work) needed adjusting to make the door close tight to the weather striping. I called yesterday (Friday) and by 2:15 the adjustment was complete. All on a three degree day. A Saturday before Valentines Day. No charge for this trip. Don't you think that is 5 Star Service? "Had a new garage door opener and door seal installed. Did a good job. I like the door opener. Neal did a good job and he was very good to work with. He is very customer orientated. I thought the cost was high but didn't have time to get another quote. Jared had told me the cost would be around $605 with tax and didn't say anything about Senior discount. Then Neal billed me, I believe $611 after Senior discount. Then called me back later and said he forgot to charge me for the seal and would have to bill me another $30 some dollars. My neighbor just told me he just had a new garage door opener installed for a little over $350 so I know you guys are really high."

"When you read reviews you always wonder how true they are. Well I have to say that I am glad that that I read the reviews and took a chance. It was good from the beginning. It starting with having a real person answer the phone on a Sunday afternoon and being able to ask a few questions and make an appointment right then. Sure was nice to get that done instead of having to wait until Monday. They called the next day to let us know that they were on their way, just like they said they would. Jared did a great job on the installation and after a short conversation about some things that he had found during the install I decided to have him do some extra work for us. Never, did I feel like I was being pressured into anything.
