"Jared adjusted the support brackets for the garage door opener drive unit so that it was closer to the ceiling, thereby allowing the garage door not to rub against the track/rail any more. Also he adjusted the door down travel ever so slightly so that the door is fully closed now and does not come back up from being forced down to far. I did my best to adjust the down travel so many time over the past six months, and could never get it right. Thanks Jared!"
