He got right to the job at hand and fixed the problem, offered multiple solutions and had my situation fixed well before I had to leave for the day. I would recommend this company to anyone needing garage door repair services. I didn't know how bad my garage door and the aparatus actually was until it was pointed out so I could see it for myself. "I had never dealt with Precision until my door spring broke. The technician (Tyler) arrived on time loaded with all the parts my door could possibly need. As it turned out, I had more problems than I was aware of. Never any hard sales pitch, he just made me aware of the worn parts. When I compared the Precision replacement parts to my doors lower quality ones the decision was easy. In the end, the price was much higher than I anticipated, but still I was very pleased. Tyler skillfully repaired my door in better than new condition. I would definitely do business with this company again; however I don't expect to be calling anytime soon!"

Anything garage door related is expensive, so my parting with such a large amount of money may jade my opinion of the company. With home repairs, you never know if you could be getting a cheaper price somewhere else, but the service was good and it had to be fixed, so it is what it is."
