When Jared arrived he explained what the issues were with our garage door and what could be done to correct those issues. Then I asked how much it was going to cost. It was more than half as much as I was expecting - GOOD NEWS! Next I asked Jared when we could schedule the job. He said, "How about now?" I said have at it.
