"Technician was great and very professional. The new opener has been in place for less than 6 months and the remote is not consistently working. It worked well for the first 4 months but now I have to be right up against the garage for it to trigger an open/close. I contacted Customer Service asking what it would take to get a technician to come look at this (should be 100% covered by a 1 year warranty) and they told me 80$ up front. No thanks... that is ridiculous... back your product for at least a year! I already paid a lot of money for a new opener and the install labor."
